Certificate of Intellectual and Artistic Works
The system implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the certification of establishments that produce materials related to the identification and reproduction of intellectual and artistic works, or engage in the filling, reproduction, and sale of such materials, or in any way distribute and make them available to the public, with the aim of protecting and effectively tracking intellectual property rights, except for places that only produce periodical publications.
